Rick writes that the evening of "sacred circle dances" will include "traditional dances from around the world as well as newly-choreographed dances to a variety of world wide music. Dances range from fast and furious to very slow and meditative. No partner or special skills of any kind are needed. All dances are taught. Beginners are welcome. It is a means for relaxation, joy, growth, awareness and healing. There are no mistakes - only variations. Some of our dances are from Brazil, Hungry, Israel, Greece, Russia, Romania, Ireland, Germany, the U.S. and Canada." Rick adds that giggling is encouraged. We especially like that part about no special skills and no mistakes.
