10:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Clean Out Your Closet and Help Dressing for Success Event - The Business Studies Department of Washington County Community College is holding its 3rd Annual Dressing for Success in the WCCC Assembly Room. The purpose of Dressing for Success is to help students nearing graduation who will be going out on business cooperatives and/or job interviews. Many students do not have the means to buy that business suit necessary for the job interviews or a new wardrobe for the first week or so on the job. In job-hunting, first impressions are critical.-the first thing a potential employer sees when greeting a person is his/her attire. Although dressing properly will not guarantee a person's getting the job, it will give him/her a competitive edge and a positive first impression! If you would like to donate new or used clothing for this event, please call > Rhonda French at 454-1058. We are looking for clothing of all sizes for both men and women -- business suits, dresses, skirts, suit jackets, blazers, ties, shoes, accessories, etc. All items should be clean and not in need of repair. If possible, items on coat-hangers would be a great help. All items should be dropped off no later than Friday, April 14.
