His presentation will be followed by an in-depth review of town and city government processes by a panel of local officials including Ellsworth’s Manager, City Planner, and Code Enforcement Officer. Downeast Diving announces their Diving the Way Life Should Be Scuba Diving program to start off the 2006 Scuba Diving season. This Scuba Diving program begins with its Open Water Scuba Diver course beginning Saturday, March 18,2006, at 5:30 PM. The session will be held at the Youth Center on Broad Cove Road in Eastport. The Open Water Scuba Diver course is just one of many courses of the program to be offered this diving season, said Dennis Dorsey, a Master Instructor with Downeast Diving. Scuba diving is not only fun, and relaxing recreation, but certifications in these courses can lead to employment in scuba diving, and several of the courses even offer college credit.
